All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of our products (including press-on nails, tools, and gift packages), we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.


Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we begin processing your items and cannot cancel the order.
